Today the company holds a Fourth-Category engineering classification from the Department of Municipalities and Transport, is registered for VAT with the Federal Tax Authority, and is a member of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Behind those credentials sits a straightforward track record: over 100 completed projects across the company's history, most of them private villas built from an empty plot through to a full municipal completion certificate.

Drawings are coordinated with our consultants and submitted for municipal approval.
Site Mobilisation
Our crews, materials and equipment mobilise under a fixed contract and schedule.
Construction
Structural, façade and finishing works proceed under continuous site supervision.
Handover
Municipal completion certification is secured and the finished project is handed over.
